I’ve been animating since I was a senior in high school when I fell in love with it. I studied animation at The University of Texas where I studied all types from 2D flash animation, hand drawn, and 3D computer generated. My senior thesis was a hand drawn in photoshop, frame by frame, animation. Below are character designs and process steps of various animations.
Senior Thesis
Above are the character and scene concept drawings for my animation thesis. I created the entire 2 minute animation in the span of a semester. The purpose was to go through the process of creating a whole short film from idea to creation.
Amy’s Ice Creams Promotion
Monthly, Amy’s Ice Creams releases a new flavor for our “Tasting Tuesday” promotion. During the month of July I was tasked with creating a more stand out animation to promote that flavor as it would also be our flavor of the year. I created the concept for the animation and executed it fully by myself. The assets were created in Procreate and I animated in After Effects
